Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fullink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The verified legal name, postal address, and home jurisdiction of the Fullink service operator are not present in the project records used to prepare these Terms. The operator must publish those mandatory trader disclosures before these Terms can be treated as complete where such disclosures are required.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Fullink provides a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create personalized bio pages, share links, accept payments, track analytics, and customize their online presence.

The Service may include both free and paid features. Paid features require a subscription or one-time payment.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

You must be at least 18, or otherwise legally able to contract in your location, to buy a paid plan, receive payments, or request a payout.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or security
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission
  • Sell or transfer your account to others

For adult content creators: You must comply with age verification requirements and clearly mark adult content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Fullink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Fullink and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Subscription Fees

Fullink PRO is currently offered as a monthly subscription at the price shown before checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method selected at checkout. You can cancel future renewals from the billing portal; cancellation does not undo service already supplied.

6.2 Refunds

Except where applicable law gives you a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other mandatory remedy, fees for a billing period that has begun are not automatically refundable. Contact support@fullink.ioif you believe a charge is incorrect or a statutory right applies.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

If you use Fullink to offer paid links or supporter tiers, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your offer, taxes, delivery, customer communications, and refunds unless Fullink expressly agrees otherwise. Payout availability may be delayed by refunds, disputes, fraud review, minimum balances, and legal requirements.

6.4 Consumer rights

Consumers in some locations have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for online purchases. Rules for digital services can depend on whether performance began immediately and what you expressly acknowledged at checkout. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account from account settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fullink harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms do not state a non-mandatory choice of law because the operator's verified jurisdiction is not available in the project records. Mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules that apply to you remain unaffected. The operator must add an accurate jurisdiction and dispute forum after obtaining appropriate legal advice.
