• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Graphic violence or gore (except in educational/documentary contexts)
• Self-harm or suicide promotion
• Harassment, bullying, or doxxing
• Non-consensual intimate images or revenge porn

2.3 Fraudulent Behavior

• Impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations
• Phishing or social engineering attacks
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing scams
• Fake giveaways or contests
• Misleading claims about products or services
• Payment fraud or chargeback abuse

2.4 Platform Abuse

• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk messages
• Automated scraping or data harvesting
• Creating multiple fake accounts
• Manipulating analytics or click counts
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Overloading our infrastructure (DDoS attacks)
• Reverse engineering or decompiling our code

3. Adult Content Guidelines

3.2 Mandatory Requirements for Adult Content

• Age Verification: You must verify that you are 18+ to share adult content
• Age Gating: Links to adult platforms (OnlyFans, MYM, Fansly) must include age verification prompts
• Content Warnings: Clearly label adult content with appropriate warnings
• No Explicit Thumbnails: Profile avatars and cover images must be SFW (safe for work)
• Compliance: Follow all laws regarding adult content in your jurisdiction
• Consent: All persons depicted must be 18+ and have consented to the content

3.3 Prohibited Adult Content

Even with age verification, the following is strictly prohibited:

• Content involving minors (under 18) in any context
• Non-consensual content of any kind
• Content depicting or promoting illegal sexual acts
• Content that violates platform policies of linked services (OnlyFans, etc.)

3.4 Supported Adult Platforms

We support linking to legitimate adult platforms that have their own age verification and compliance systems:

• OnlyFans
• MYM (Meet Your Model)
• Fansly

These platforms will be automatically gated with age verification prompts on Fullink profiles.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Copyright

You must own or have rights to all content you upload. Using copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.

4.2 Trademarks

Do not use trademarks, logos, or brand names in a way that misleads users or suggests endorsement without authorization.

4.3 DMCA Compliance

We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyright is being infringed, contact us at dmca@fullink.io.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• Do not share others' personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Respect user privacy and data protection laws
• Do not use Fullink to collect personal data for unauthorized purposes
• Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations

6. Enforcement

6.1 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to:
