Link in bio for small business
Start here: lead with the action you most want a customer to take, usually booking or ordering, then cover your menu or catalog, reviews and location underneath it.
Why a single social bio link falls short
A customer sees your post, taps the bio link, and lands on a website built for search engines instead of a phone screen. Your menu changed last month but the PDF linked from your bio still shows old prices. Reviews that would close a hesitant customer are not visible anywhere near the decision point.
A starter layout
| Position | Destination | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Book or order now | The single action that turns a follower into a customer |
| 2 | Menu or catalog | Kept current, so nobody calls to ask something already answered |
| 3 | Reviews | Real, honest social proof near the decision point |
| 4 | Location and hours | For customers checking whether you are convenient right now |
| 5 | Follow for updates | Your primary social channel for ongoing announcements |
Keep the menu or catalog link honest
A price list that is wrong by the time a customer arrives is worse than no price list at all. Update it the same day prices change rather than letting an old post or PDF quietly become the source of an awkward conversation.
Taking bookings and orders directly
- A Stripe-hosted payment link for deposits or online orders on PRO
- Click analytics on PRO showing whether customers book or check the menu first
- A QR code for a table tent, window sticker or receipt
- One page instead of a separate link for every promotion
Make the one link do the work of five posts.
Fullink is free for up to five links. See the fuller Fullink for small business owners page for an example layout.
